Blast ripped through an apartment building in northeast China's Liaoning Province at around 6:00 a.m. on Sunday.
No casualty has been reported so far. The blast, allegedly from explosion of liquefied petroleum gas, tore down part of the three-story building's wall in Huludao City. The building houses six families. A rescue operation is underway.
