The first India Today Global Round Table China 2015, focusing on Sino-Indian cooperation, will be held on Tuesday in Beijing, two days ahead of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to China.

The round table, jointly organized by the Global Times and the Indian Today Group, will be attended by Chinese and Indian officials and diplomats, entrepreneurs from the technology and manufacturing sectors, as well as experts on Sino-India relations.

Ram Madhav, national general secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party and Ashok Kantha, the Indian ambassador to China, will address the forum, giving their views on the two countries' relationship.

Entrepreneurs from Baidu, China's top Internet company, as well as from Inforsys Technology and Wipro Technologies, major Indian multinational corporations, will discuss how the two countries can cooperate in the technology sector.

How China and India can learn from each other's experiences in manufacturing and advance bilateral ties through educational exchanges are also on the round table's agenda on Tuesday.

The conference will be broadcast live in English and Hindi on a TV network under the India Today Group.
