Britain's Conservatives remain largest party in parliament: election results

British Prime Minister David Cameron's Conservative Party remains the largest party in the House of Commons after the general election held on Thursday.

According to results from individual constituencies, Conservatives have pocketed 282 seats by 0640 GMT Friday morning.

Despite results from individual constituencies still coming in, the Conservatives have already secured a 66-seat majority over the opposition Labor Party, with only 64 seats yet to be declared.
