Coal-laden train derails in North China

A train laden with coal derailed in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. No casualties have been reported, local authorities said.

The derailment happened at 4:14 a.m. on a railway bridge, according to witnesses. The cargo train has 56 carriages, 15 of which were overturned, according to the local work safety bureau.

Rescue work continues while the cause of the derailment is under investigation.
