Boss gives away 4 BMWs to employees as bonus

A young boss who started her own online company in Qingdao, Shandong province reportedly gave away four BMWs to her four highest performing employees as a year-end bonus.

Twenty-one-year-old Niu Mudong established a brand selling skin care, weight loss and health care products while she was studying at a university in America. According to Niu, her team's monthly sales revenue went up to around 20 million RMB in just two years, Xinhua reports.

Niu's enterprise has attracted several university students trying to gain business experience in their spare time and earn some money towards their tuition.

"The four girls are all university students. The oldest is 22 and the youngest is no more than 19. But everyone's yearly sales revenue reached more than ten million RMB," said Niu, "They are just extraordinary. Our team made 200 million RMB this year."
