The importance of cyber security is increasingly growing in China. By the end of June, the country had more than 6 hundred million netizens. Additionally it registered over three-hundred-billion US dollars of e-commerce retail sales in 2013.

According to data from the 2013 China Internet Security Conference, more than 2 billion netizens access the internet daily, who are at risk from more than 2 hundred million cyber attacks.
