The Ancient Bell Museum in Dazhong Temple, which is located in Beijing's Haidian district, reopened to the public on Oct 16, after spending two years and over 30 million yuan ($4.9 million) on renovation.

The museum, a key national cultural relics protection unit, has about 400 cultural relics including six state-level pieces. It is a thematic museum with multiple functions such as ancient bell collection, protection, display and R&D.
