Four people were killed and nine others injured in a chemical plant explosion in southwest China's Yunnan province on Monday evening.
The accident happened in Nujiang Dingsheng company of Lushui County, said the local government on Tuesday.
The injured are being treated by experts from provincial capital Kunming, Lushui authorities said.
Investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
