Beijing Happy Valley to hold Magic Festival

Beijing Happy Valley will hold its eighth International Magic Festival during the upcoming National Day Holiday on October 1-7.

Top international magicians from seven countries and regions, including Belgium and Germany, will offer dazzling performances to visitors to the amusement and theme park. Each day during the national holiday, the festival will put on nearly 100 shows to bring audiences to the world of magic.

"The Golden Mask Dynasty," a live theater production exclusively staged at Happy Valley, will continue to be performed during the holiday. The performance's elegant dance movements and beautiful storyline will fill the audience with feelings of harmony and love.

The National Day Holiday this year also falls on the traditional Chinese Double Ninth Festival (also known as the Old People's Festival), so Happy Valley is offering preferential treatment to senior visitors. The price of entrance tickets for visitors aged 50 to 64 will be reduced to RMB 65, while the price will be reduced to RMB 50 for those aged 66 to 69, and free tickets will be given to visitors who are 65 and 70 years old.
