Golden Melody Awards winner David Tao ties the knot

Golden Melody Awards winner David Tao has changed his marital status to married in Taipei.

The 45-year-old singer/songwriter tied the knot with 28-year-old Penny Jiang yesterday.

David Tao describes his wife as his woman of destiny and claims she has completely changed his life.

The couple's wedding attracted lots of celebrities, including Leehom Wang, Jay Chou and JJ Lin.

David Tao also performed the song "You Will Marry Me Today" with his new wife, the bridesmaid, and the groomsman.

The R&B singer says he wishes to have a child next year.
