Eight people were killed after a minibus fell into a valley on Thursday morning in Anhua County in central China's Hunan Province, said local authorities.
Around 9:20 a.m. Thursday, the minibus fell about one hundred meters off a hillside near a road in Anhua County, said the county government.
Nine people, including the driver and a two-year-old child, were on board the bus. The surviving child has been rushed to a local hospital and was confirmed not to be at serious risk.
Investigation into the accident is under way.
