The 9th Beijing Park Festival was unveiled in the Olympic Forest Park on Monday. Nearly 100 tourists became the first batch of visitors to stand on top of the 246.8-meter high sightseeing tower located at the park, reported the Beijing Morning Post.

It's the first tower in the world which is made of five towers together and looks like a giant combination of five rings. The tower, nicknamed "Giant Nail," ranks No.22 in the highest towers in the world, and No.6 in China.

The tower will allow tourists to view spots like the Olympic Forest Park, the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. It will be officially open to the public in November.
