The South Korean high school team thrashed Jakarta Selection of Indonesia 5-1 to clinch title of the senior group at the 4th Beijing Cup International Schools Football Tournament 2014 in Beijing on Tuesday.

South Korea took the upper hand at the senior group final. The little "Taeguk Warriors" threatened their Indonesian rivals from time to time. But the deadlock was not broken until the end of the first half when the South Koreans quickfired two similar goals from two solo runs from the central area in front of the box.

In the second half, the Warriors kept pressuring their opponents, and after they netted home twice from the corner kicks, adding that one Indonesian player was sent off following a foul, the game turned lop-sided. Jarkata Selection got a consolation goal at the dying minutes and had to sit at the second place.

In the third place match, New Jersey All Stars beat Beijing Haidian District team.

As for the junior group, the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China made a comeback 2-1 win over Russia's Luch-energy team to be the champions. The visitors went ahead in the second half, before hitman Wang Minjie drove in two fantastic goals to seal victory.
