NBA Nation comes to China for third time

According to the NBA China, NBA Nation, the NBA's largest free fan basketball and lifestyle touring event, will travel 16,900 kilometers across China for the third consecutive year from -Saturday to September 14.

It will give fans of all ages an opportunity to participate in basketball contest, stay active and healthy with NBA players, legends and dance teams.

The Houston Rockets -Power Dancers and Miami Heat -Mascot "Burnie" will tip off the festivities in Guangzhou on Saturday, while Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors will attend the Shenzhen stop on July 25 to participate in basketball activities, sign autographs and interact with fans. As the tour continues, other NBA players will make appearances, including Miles Plumlee of the Phoenix Suns and Mason Plumlee of the Brooklyn Nets, Reggie Jackson of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Ben McLemore of the Sacramento Kings.

All attendees can take their experience to the next level by registering for their free NBA Jam Band bracelet. It is a wristband using -Radio Frequency Identification technology that will allow fans to access NBA Nation attractions and experiences, receive photos to share with friends via social media and have the opportunity to win prizes and -tickets to the NBA Global Games in Beijing and Shanghai.

Fans will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at the NBA Nation three-on-three basketball tournament in all 14 cities. The overall champions will be awarded a trip to the US to watch an NBA game and interact with NBA players. This year more than 900 teams will compete in the tournament.
