Five missing after SW China boat capsizal

Five people are missing after a boat capsized in the Yangtze River in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Thursday morning.

Seven people aboard the boat, which was loaded with sand, fell into the river in Longhua Township early on Thursday morning. Two were rescued, according to the municipal government.

The boat belonged to a transportation company in Banan District.

Rescuers are searching for those missing, and the cause of the accident is being investigated.
