Three African men learning fitness dancing from a group of Chinese middle-aged women in Panjin, Liaoning province have been getting cheers on Chinese social media.

The dancing trio of three geologists from South Sudan said they are impressed with group fitness dancing and are looking forward it to showing friends back home.

Li Fengyun, a regular dancer with the group, said the men have been coming to Liaohe Culture Square nearly every evening for the past three months to learn the steps.

Though they cannot speak Chinese, the South Sudanese dance have no trouble finding the beat while dancing to the song "The Coolest Ethnic Trend" by Chinese pop group Phoenix Legend, according to Li.

Li Haiquan, another group member, said the new students are gifted dancers. Normally it takes a week for newcomers to get all the 60 basic moves down pat. However, the three got the hang of it after a few times through the 30-minute routine.
