Man stabs women in Dongguan, kills 1

A man in Dongguan, Guangdong province, attacked some female migrant workers, killing one and injuring another, Southern Metropolis Daily reported on Wednesday.

The case occurred at about 6:50 pm on Tuesday when workers leaving a shop on a downtown street were attacked by a man wielding a knife. One woman was killed and another was injured by the man, who then fled and is still being sought by police.

Police have not yet determined the reason for the attack and are continuing their efforts to identify and find the man.
