Former premier Wen Jiabao visited a remote high school in north China's Hebei province on Wedensday, attending several classes, giving a geography lecture and doing physical exercise with students, the Chinanews.com reported.

Jia Limin, president of Liudaohe High School, released news of Wen's visit on their school website on Friday, saying it is the third time that Wen has visited this remote school in the countryside of Hebei.

During his visit, Wen listened to a Chinese class and a Geography class in the morning, had lunch with students at the dining hall, and gave a Geography lecture in the afternoon. He also took part in a Taichi session and skipped rope with teachers and students of Liudaohe High School.

Wen came to visit Jia Limin a month ago and expressed his willingness to give a geography class at the school. He studied the relevant teaching materials for middle school Geography and carried out a lot of preparation prior to giving his class.
