Four Hong Kong residents accused of breaking into the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Hong Kong Garrison last December stood trial Monday.
Three of them entered a guilty plea, with Billy Chiu Hin-chung, 29, the only defendant who will still stand trial.
The trial is expected to last four days. The other defendants, Dickson Cheung Hon-yin, Tse Wing-man and a 15-year-old student who had pleaded not guilty in a pre-trial hearing in April, will not stand trial after the confessions.
Sentencing will be delayed until Thursday.
The four, arrested in January 2014, are accused of forcing their way into the PLA Garrison headquarters at Hong Kong Central on December 26, defying the guard on duty.
