A Beijing court confirmed on Tuesday that it had filed a case alleging that a well-known Chinese singer allowed other people to use drugs at his temporary home in Beijing.
Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court said it has started an investigation.
Li Daimo, the singer who rose to fame on the popular television talent show The Voice of China, was arrested by the police on March 18. Prosecutors took up the case on April 16.
