Malaysian Ministry of Transport releases preliminary report on MH370

The Malaysian Ministry of Transport released in Kuala Lumpur Thursday a preliminary report on the missing jetliner MH370, recommending the International Civil Aviation Organization examine the safety benefits of introducing a standard for real time tracking of commercial air transport aircraft.
