Xi's envoy to attend Costa Rica presidential ceremony

Han Changfu, China's Minister of Agriculture, will attend the presidential handover ceremony in Costa Rica from May 7 to 8, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Wednesday.

Han will be sent as a special envoy of President Xi Jinping, Qin Gang told a daily news briefing.
