A resident is rescued from debris after a five-story residential building in the city of Fenghua in east China's Zhejiang province collapses on April 4, 2014.

A residential building in the city of Fenghua in east China's Zhejiang province collapsed Friday morning, local authorities said.

One people has been rescued and more are believed to be buried in the debris.

The rescue operation is still under way.
