Lao vice president meets Chinese women's delegation

Vice President of Lao PDR Bounnhang Vorachit met with Vice President of the All-China Women' s Federation (ACWF) Cui Yu in Lao capital Vientiane on Tuesday, media reported Wednesday.

Bounnhang, a member of the Political Bureau of the Lao People' s Revolutionary Party spoke highly of the friendly relations between Laos and China. The vice president praised the Lao Women' s Union and ACWF for their positive contributions to cooperation between the two countries, expressing his hope that the two sides would further increase communication and visit exchanges.

Cui stressed the importance of the friendly exchanges between Chinese and Lao women and that ACWF will continue sincere cooperation with Lao PDR.
