Beijing highways to be toll-free during Spring Festival

Highways in Beijing will open for free during the seven-day Chinese Spring Festival holiday starting Jan 31, according to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport on Wednesday.

Toll-free expressways in the city will not available for New Year's Eve, it said.
