Gallery to hold auction for abandoned babies

The Shanghai-based O. Gallery will hold a silent auction on Thursday night with all proceeds going to the nonprofit Shanghai Healing Home for nursing abandoned babies.

Items to be sold have been collected from various sponsors ranging from fashion to fine dining, such as accessories, handbags, sunglasses and wines, among others.

The Shanghai Healing Home provides pre- and post-surgical care in a home-like environment for abandoned babies who suffer from surgically correctable medical deformities.
