Cargo crew rescued

Thirteen crew members were rescued after two vessels collided Sunday morning, according to the China News Service.

A Chinese cargo ship collided with a Greek container ship at 6:20 am. The Chinese vessel was en route to Lianyungang, Jiangsu province from Ningbo, Zhejiang province. The Chinese cargo ship began taking on water after the collision. All 13 of its crew members were rescued by a vessel dispatched by the Donghai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport at around 7:30 am.
