A man was executed on November 2 for killing two relatives after his lawsuit against his family failed, the Beijing Times reported.

Liu Changgui, a 50-year-old man, said that after he quit the family tofu business, his father gave his elder brother three houses that Liu and his father had built jointly. He sued his family for possession of the three houses. After his lawsuit failed, Liu got drunk and killed another brother and his sister-in-law with a hoe on April 27.
