Theo Bos claims fourth stage win at Tour of Hainan

Theo Bos claimed his fourth stage victory at Tour of Hainan on Thursday.

In the 187.1km fifth stage of the tour, from Wanning to Sanya, the Belkin-Pro cyclist clocked four hours, 17 minutes and 15 seconds, beating teammate Moreno Hofland and Boris Shpilevskiy of RTS-Santic Racing team.

Hofland still retained the yellow jersey for leading the general individual classifications, while also keeping the green jersey.

"I'm pleased to keep the yellow jersey so far," said Hofland. "I'll tune to cooperate with Bos in the following races."

Vitaliy Buts, proved the best rider in the mountain stage, kept the polka dot jersey.

The 115.6km sixth stage will start from Samua and finish at Wuzhishan Friday.
