The world's largest book fair is in full swing in Frankfurt, German. China is the Guest of Honour at the 2013 Book Fair and Chinese publications are prominently presented at the event. A series called "China Dream" is just one of the highlights.

A brand-new perspective on modern China.

As he took office President Xi Jinping said that realizing the great renewal of the nation was a long-cherished dream of Chinese people today. The "China Dream" book series explains in detail what the dream is and explores what it means for China and the rest of the world.

The book is making a splash here at the Frankfurt Book Fair. Publishing houses from several countries are already discussing distribution deals.

"I think China is still developing. The country will be more open and have a closer connection with the rest of the world. Every Chinese person has their own 'China Dream', their own vision for the future." Exhibitor said.

The Frankfurt Book Fair is the world's largest trade fair for books. Representatives from book publishing and multimedia companies from all over the world come to the fair in order to negotiate international publishing rights and licensing fees.

For five days more than 7,000 exhibitors from over 100 countries take part. The fair is considered to be the most important book fair in the world for international deals and trading. This year's event runs until October 13th.
