Storehouse explosion in south China

An explosion happened in south China's Guangzhou city around noon Tuesday, local police said.

The blast occurred in the Baiyun district. An ambulance with three to four injured people aboard rushed to a local hospital, a Xinhua reporter saw.

Fire engines have rushed to the scene. The exact number of casualties is unclear.
