China has the highest number of cases of diabetes in the world. The Journal of American Medical Association or JAMA, recently found that one in every 10 adults has the more common, Type 2 diabetes. The International Diabetes Federation estimates about 130 million cases by 2030.

The phenomenon is not surprising to two American dentists turned health educators who have been studying China's dietary habits for the last 20 years. And they're coming to China to help people upgrade their health. We have this story on their vision and how it all began with their 'LOVE' for one 'MAN'. Our correspondent Teressa Siu has the details.

Nature's best food and a father's innate love. Core reasons for the birth of Stephen James Luxury Organics.

Now in its 7th year, the company's got China on its map. Dr. James Costello is the younger brother and CEO.

Their business model is about improving world health.

From dentistry to entrepreneurship...

Their target clients are moms, health enthusiasts, athletes and now high-end hotels in China.

Reporter: "The Costellos says China's Organic foods market is expanding rapidly. They're targeting retailers next."

Their products - whole, natural, organic, low glycemic, vegan and kosher. Their hope is to make more such foods available and at affordable prices.
