2013-03-27 13:51 Global Times     Web Editor: Gu Liping comment

A man has been ordered to pay his three siblings 2,000 yuan ($322) after he scattered their parents' ashes at sea without telling them, the Legal Mirror reported.

The man, surnamed Wang, said his parents had told him of their wishes, but Beijing second intermediate court said this could not be proved. The siblings said he deprived them of a memorial ceremony.
