The discipline commission of Zhaotong, Yunnan province in Southwest China, has denied an online accusation that a county Party secretary required young women to accompany him drinking, Yunnan.cn reported on Monday.

An online post on website Tianya on Dec 30, 2012 claimed Cao Fuzhong, Party secretary of Zhaotong city's Yiliang county selected a number of young women from across the county for the Party committee to accompany the officials drinking. The post also claimed Cao used luxury cars and committed other violations.

The discipline commission of Zhaotong Party committee investigated the case and found that of the accusations on the online post, the use of luxury cars was partially substantiated, but other claims were not true.

However, a number of netizens questioned the results of the investigation and expressed their hope the discipline commission will announce the details of the investigation as soon as possible.
