Kissing competition sees strongest kissers in SW China

A special kissing competition was held Sunday morning to celebrate young love in the city of Dujiangyan, in southwest China's Sichuan Province. But the game demanded much more than just romance.

A special test of love.

Rules of the game required each couple to kiss each other while the girl's feet remained off the ground.

Most strong young men were up to the challenge, breezing through to the second round, and third round, until some of them couldn't muscle up for the 4th.

One couple said, "It's already worth it. We've made an effort to prove our love to everyone. And so many people witnessed our love."

And the audience was equally excited.

The winning couple brought home a pair of platinum rings. The activity caught the attention of many locals, with several onlookers taking away lessons of love.
