Supermarket of the future opens in E China

Shopping carts are put on a special escalator, which was purchased from Germany for 3 million yuan ($481,000) and transported back to China on a chartered flight for 500,000 yuan, in China's first "future supermarket" in Hefei, capital city of East China's Anhui province, on Dec 10, 2012.
