Cat shot with arrow

A resident surnamed Liang is seeking witnesses after his cat was shot in the eye by an arrow, the Legal Mirror reported Tuesday.

Liang said he found his cat with blood all over its head on the sixth floor of his compound at Xicheng district. A vet discovered it had been shot. The cat is still hospitalized.
