沙漠冲浪、横渡黄河“点燃”中国西北游

随着酷暑假日的来临，沙漠旅游和黄河风情再次点燃海内外游客畅游中国西北的激情。宁夏中卫的腾格里沙漠一望无际，犹如一片金色海洋般梦幻。滑沙、赏沙、戏沙、沙海冲浪……当地闻名世界的沙坡头景区成为游客嬉戏游玩的好去处。

Zhongwei (CNS) -- In the intense heat of summer and its attractions of desert and Yellow River, tourism in China's northwest is also heating up. Entertainment and leisure sports such as surfing the sand dunes and swimming across the Yellow River are very popular.

Tourist Wang Yin from Beijing took a ride in a ship-shape off-road vehicle, and said it a fresh, exciting experience to surf on sand.

Li Jun, another tourist from Guangdong Province, said the programs have enriched their desert trek along with added knowledge about the local history, geography and folk customs.

Chen Mingguo, from Jiangxi Province, was beginning his tour of the five northwest provinces of China accompanied by his son who has just finished primary school. Compared with the descriptions in the literature, the view of the Yellow River has impressed my son very much, said Chen.
