IOU everything – man becomes obsessed with debt

He, 28, living in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province has a peculiar problem: He cannot stop writing IOUs to everyone he meets.

"When I meet someone else, I can not stop myself from writing IOUs to them, and I thought I owed money to Thai people, American people and others," He said.

Five years ago, he fell ill with a sudden fever and has been unable to control this bizarre symptom ever since.

His parents took him to hospital for medical treatment where doctors diagnosed him as having obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression, but has never been cured.

Now, He expects kindhearted people to help him control his disease, considering his impoverished family relies on collecting trash to survive.
