The flagship magazine of the Communist Party of China, Qiushi or "Seeking Truth," will publish on Friday an article by a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which calls for more efforts to combat corruption.

He Guoqiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, said in the article that China will take further steps to combat corruption and build a clean government in order to benefit people and gain people's trust.

The article is titled "Spare no efforts to tackle corruption in 10 aspects for the public, and attain people's trust and benefit the people through constant new achievements made from combating corruption and building a clean government."

The article reiterates that inspection institutions at all levels should take more efforts to solve corruption at grassroots-level as well as investigate senior cadres, including those related to land acquisition and demolition, mineral resources exploitation, producing and selling fake drugs and transaction of government positions.
